Shanklin A26A Automatic L-Sealer


	The Model A-26A Automatic L-Sealer was developed for those applications that require a positive film feed to draw product into the seal area. Such applications include flexible products that do not have sufficient stiffness to advance the film and stacked product such as sheets of paper. Product to be wrapped is fed into the machine on the infeed conveyor, and as it transfers to the seal jaw area, the discharge conveyor and the film advance mechanism automatically start to draw the film and the product into the sealing area. Once the product is in place, both conveyors stop, and the sealing mechanism makes its seal. When the seal jaws open, the discharge conveyor carries product off to a shrink tunnel while the infeed conveyor feeds new product into the seal area.

Shanklin A27A Automatic L-Sealer


	The Model A-27A Automatic L-Sealer answers the need for a compact, versatile shrink wrapper with gentle product feed and straight-line product flow. The Model A-27A power advances the wrapping film while feeding product into the machine. Product is conveyed into the machine through a film inverting head where it is wrapped in plastic film. Passing into the sealing area, it starts the discharge conveyor and film advance system, drawing the film and product into the sealing area. Once the product is correctly located in the sealing area, the conveyor stops, the infeed roller on the discharge conveyor retracts from the seal area, and the sealing jaws make the seal. After sealing, the product is conveyed away, usually to a shrink tunnel. Simultaneously, the infeed roller extends to provide a smooth transfer for the next product. The Model A-27A features easy product size changeover.

Shanklin A28A Automatic L-Sealer


	The Model A-28A Automatic L-Sealer with adjustable height seal jaws was designed for people who always had some products that were just too large to fit through the Model A-27A. In addition to being larger in size to wrap larger product, the machine has been built to wrap much heavier product than most Automatic L-Sealers can handle. This is accomplished by incorporating heavy-duty conveyors, motors, and drive components throughout the machine. The operation of the A-28A is essentially identical to that of the Model A-27A, except that the A-28A can wrap those large and/or heavy products that have always been a problem up until now. Packaging speeds will be dependent upon size and, to some extent, weights of products.

Shanklin F1 Automatic L-Sealer


	The SHANKLIN F-1, F-5 and F-7 FIoWrap machines are continuous motion horizontal "Form-Fill-Seal" machines designed to wrap packages in plastic film (usually shrink film). The Models F-1 and F-7 have a belt infeed conveyor and are capable of wrapping packages at speeds up to 50 packages per minute. The Model F-5 has a flighted infeed conveyor, and because of its product feeding systems, can wrap products at speeds up to 75 packages per minute. These highly versatile machines run equally well at both high and low speed, and their speed can be adjusted at the control con sole. The resulting packages have neat, welded bead trim seals on three sides of the package with no overlap seams on bottoms or ends of the packages.

Shanklin HS1 Automatic L-Sealer


	The SHANKLIN Model HS-1 High Speed Automatic Wrapper is designed to wrap products in plastic film, usually shrink film, fully automatically at speeds up to 100 packages per minute or up to 120 linear feet of film per minute. These highly versatile machines run equally well at both high and low speeds, which can be adjusted at the control console. The resulting package has neat trim seals on three sides of the package, with no overlap seams on the bottom or ends. With the wide variety of options and accessories available, both models can be customized to application.

Shanklin Triumph Automatic Form-Fill-Seal L-Sealer


	The Shanklin Triumph automatic Form-Fill-Seal wrapper is a perfect midrange solution for all those applications that require more advanced features than a L-sealer, but not quite as complex as those on a High-Speed Automatic Wrapper. Packed with a huge list of standard features, very affordably priced, and proudly made in the USA, the Shanklin Triumph is easily one of the best shrink packaging values available on the market today. The Triumph is designed for maximum accessibility for easy cleaning, troubleshooting and maintenance. Machine operation, diagnostics, and all product parameters are universally interfaced through a versatile control panel.

Shanklin S24B Semi-Automatic L-Sealer


	The Model S-24B is built for applications that require packaging line speeds approaching those of fully automatic sealers, but where equipment cost is a factor or where the product does not lend itself to automatic handling. Centerfolded film is dispensed from an EZ load unwind over and through the film inverting head, leaving an opening into which the product can be inserted. With one smooth motion, the operator inserts the product into the film and onto the sealing area, and then presses the “SEAL” buttons. The seal is made and then the package is automatically conveyed to the shrink tunnel. The Model S-24B is available with line operation feeding from left to right.
